Lake Burrinjuck is a stunning setting to relax and enjoy a myriad of recreational activities. It offers a haven of untouched native bushland just waiting to be enjoyed. Get up close and personal with the native wildlife, or satisfy the thirst for adventure with a choice of water sports.
Because of its unspoilt nature, Burrinjuck Waters is amongst the best places in NSW for both casual and avid bushwalkers. A variety of trails have been developed, ranging from the easy to the more challenging. The famous 370 kilometre long Hume and Hovell Walking Track also passes through the park.
Popular with visitors and locals alike as well as keen fishing enthusiasts, Lake Burrinjuck is home to the famous Murray Cod, as well as Golden Perch (yellow belly). Other species such as trout, redfin and European carp are targeted on a regular basis.
