The menu stretches from breakfast to lunch to afternoon tea. Think toasted granola trifle with poached berries and organic yoghurt, buttermilk pancakes with maple syrup and house made vanilla bean ice cream or home made crumpets with tomatoes and our freshly made ricotta for breakfast.

The lunch menu includes Herb ricotta Gnocchi with a rich tomato sauce topped with mozzarella; or Wyuna Poll Hereford burger on a house made beer bun, beetroot pickles and hand cut chips. Confit duck with a Stanly apple, celery heart and rocket salad with hazelnut dressing, and a 'tasting plate' filled with a variety of goodies, are always available.

We are a working butter factory with a viewing platform, you can see cultured butter being made and wrapped to be sent all around Australia, so why not hold your wedding or function at the Butter Factory. Talk to us directly about a true, value for money life changing event - let us make your special occasion a unique one!

We like to use farm-gate and organic produce, and try to support local growers where ever possible. We also sell a large range of products including our own churned butter and butter milk. We use Bean, Ground and Drunk coffee, because it's Australian and is Fair-Trade.

As well the Butter factory has a range of handcrafted products, some of which are made continuously, while others are dependent upon whatever is bountiful that season, or whoever walks through our door with a bumper harvest.

Some of our most popular products include jams such as blueberry and merlot,Orange marmalade and raspberry-vanilla jam; relishes such as carrot jam, tomato relish; infused olive oils and raspberry vinaigrette. Pickles including pickled rhubarb, cucumber, eggplant, cauliflower, and balsamic mushrooms. Our produce changes with the seasons.

We also stock products from some of the region's best producers, including Cheznuts Sweetened Chestnut Puree, Alpine green tea and Local Wines and beer.
