Royal Hobart Fine Food Show Awards
Held every year in August, the Royal Hobart Fine Food Show held in Hobart, Tasmania compares food produce from around the country, in categories ranging from olive oils to smallgoods, cheese, preserves, ice creams to teas and coffees.
Expert judges award medals in each category, and the ultimate prize - the Show Trophy. The winner in 2008 is the Raclette cheese from Heidi Farmhouse Cheeses, already multiple award winners.
