It is our sincerest wish at The Corkscrew Diary to capture the story of Aussie wine and share it with the whole wine world. The Toasted Hostess, Deborah Gee, has set her sites on the harvest of 2010 - giving her a bit less than a year to engage the entire continent and determine destinations evocative of the span, grace and wealth of the wine industry in Australia. The entire adventure will last three weeks - during which time The Toasted Hostess and I will capture stories far and wide.
We are in search of destinations, and seeking sponsorship from those in Aussie tourism and the AWBC to assist with this very large undertaking. It is our humble desire to see it all and bring the grandeur of the endeavor to wine-curious travelers everywhere. How might you pursue such an adventure?
