Hi,

Thanks for your enquiry. Re our search, there are currently 3:

1. They keyword search, if you know (approximately or exactly) what you are looking for - located in the RH menu towards the top. Eg if you enter a winery name you will get all entries that include that name (listings, articles, reviews etc). If you enter a generic term like 'food' you will obviously get a lot of results and will probably have to refine your search.

2. Immediately below that in the same box, there is an advanced search link Click on that and it open up the advanced search. You can then select 'what' you are looking for (wine, food, accommodation, tours, events, activities) down the left by ticking them (and if you select the arrow next to each word, a sub-menu wil come up, eg under wine: books, wine education, microbreweries, wine bars and vineyards/wineries).

Then if you want you can choose 'where' - currently which State of Australia, and under each one, which region. At each step, down the bottom it tell you what you are looking for and how many results you will get.

Then simply press the green 'advanced find' button. The results are at the bottom, and if you want to further refine your search eg find wineries/vineyards that have pinot noir that are open for tastings on a Thurday and have a restaurant serving lunch (or whatever you are looking for!), you can select 'with' in the middle column.

There is also a help facility there to guide you through all this.

3. On the RH side below the search box is a 'Browse' box. You can use this if you really dont know what you are for and just want to browse through all the products listed in each area. Smply click on area of interest (currently Stats of Australia, althoughwe are starting to include NZ), then select what you want to lok at (wine, or food, or etc), and keep drillgin down until you find something of interest to you.

We'll also be bring in map searches shorlty, to further assist the process! Any futher suggestions/improvements welcome.

Dont forget too at the top there are tabs to each section of the website eg wine, food, tours, events, members etc.

Hope that helps? Happy browsing/searching - Robyn
