Vineyard Cookbook [©Penguin Books]

Vineyard Cookbook is one of the best produced, most beautiful and inspiring cookbooks of 2009, and would delight any budding or experienced home chef or wine travel lover.

You could win one of three copies of Vineyard Cookbook simply by posting a comment on a VisitVineyards.com listing for any winery, vineyard, restaurant or place in one of our wine regions you've visited or stayed at recently.

From Leeuwin Estate in Margaret River to Home Hill in southern Tasmania, this book showcases the best of our vineyard restaurants across the country.  Learn about the history of each vineyard, their wine-making philosophy and of course, the chef behind the successful restaurant in each one. You'll even get to try out some of the chefs' favourite recipes.

These are not the dishes you'd be served in the big cities, instead they each reflect their regionality and all focus on their local fresh produce. Whilst the ideal would be to travel to each and every one on a Vineyard Cookbook tour, not many of us have the means or time to live the dream. Instead we'll have to recreate and slightly adapt these inspiring recipes at home with the best produce we can source in our lown ocal area.  Then perhaps start planning our next trip to wine regions with Vineyard Cookbook on hand to provide some suggestions.

With over 300 page of recipes, anecdotes and evocative photographs, Vineyard Cookbook is a must have for any wine and food lover's library.

Post your comments to enter now - It's easy - just put the name of the place in the search box on the right hand side of the VisitVineyards.com home page and hit the find button.
