About VisitVineyards.com Membership
- VisitVineyards.com’s membership product, launched in the Mornington Peninsula in September 2008, is a package of new benefits which includes a diverse range of food, wine and travel experiences and special offers, detailed on the VisitVineyards.com website.
- Foundation members can join the VisitVineyards.com community at a special introductory rate of A$49 for one year of benefits, which is 50% of the standard annual rate.
- The regional membership program will be extended to other Victorian wine regions from early 2009. After the first six months (March 09) the membership fee will be A$99 annually (the standard membership fee) to reflect the increase in the number and range benefits available to members.
- Following its rollout in Victoria, the VisitVineyards.com membership program will expand to include other significant Australian wine and food regions.
- VisitVineyards.com memberships can be purchased via the website or from preferred resellers and partner businesses in the region.
- Members will receive a membership card to present on arrival at the venue, and a booklet of sample offers.
- Some VisitVineyards.com experiences and offers must be booked ahead directly with the operator (e.g. dinners, open days, special tastings, etc).
- VisitVineyards.com members will have the benefit of knowing where to go before they leave home, and access to the best wine and food experiences when they arrive.

- VisitVineyards.com is an online guide providing today’s food and wine traveller with information and experiences to help them research, plan and get the most out of their break.
- The site has brought together more than 30,000 wine, food and travel providers across every Australian region in the one location, to save travellers time in planning, and give them assurance.
- The site does not sell wine, or food but rather the experience of exploration, discovery and access to superior wine and food travel.
- Regional businesses are not charged to list or to become partners (provide member offers), and therefore the site can provide comprehensive coverage of the country’s best wine, food and travel providers, right down to the smallest boutique and artisanal operators.
- VisitVineyards.com is an active online publisher, and is a guide, not just a directory (or list).
- The site interacts with its customers via three levels of access – visitation, subscription (free) and membership (paying).
- VisitVineyards.com does not charge consumers to search the site or to subscribe.
- The monthly newsletter provides up-to-date news and reviews, and special offers to subscribers and members from VisitVineyards.com’s partners.
