Now in it's 8th year, the festival that started out as a private dinner catered by an Italian chef has now grown into a celebration of all that is wine, food music, family and community coloured by the enthusiasm associated with the way we expect Italians to enjoy these things.
Starting at the "Passport Office" in the main street of the village of Broke, visitors receive their passport and start their journey.
The price of entry is the AUD5 purchase of a souvenir tasting glass which is used at each venue for a free sample of the local wines.
The passport lists the twelve participating venues and the food and entertainment to be found there.
As the visitor travels from venue to venue, they can get their passport stamped allowing them to go into a draw for over AUD2000 worth of local premium wines, gourmet products and accommodation.
