Platinum - $158.40
Gold - $118.40
Silver - $98.40
Picnic Lawn - $68.40

• Dinner & Show packages are available by calling Wyndham Estate on 4938 3444 during office hours.
Platinum Dinner and Show - $350.00
Gold Dinner and Show - $310.00

• Dinner and Show Package includes the appropriate ticket to the show, a 4 course alternate served meal in the
restaurant, wine for the show, a program per couple and VIP Parking.

• Tickets and dinner passes will be posted out September 2008
Event Itinerary (itinerr to the date)

• All guests are required to be in the Restaurant by 4.30pm for pre-dinner drinks and entrée.

• The show starts at 6.30pm and finishes approximately 8.30pm.

• The main and dessert will be served after the show.

• Dinner will conclude at 11.00pm

General Information
• For accommodation, please call Hunter Valley Wine Country Tourism on 02 4990 0900.

• For Coach Transfers please call Rover Coaches on 4990 1699. There will be separate buses for the dinner guests.

• The Food & Wine Fair will commence when gates open at 2.00pm

• The show will go on if it rains, although no umbrellas are permitted in the amphitheatre.

• There is NO BYO Alcohol.

• The event is fully catered for, therefore not necessary to BYP Picnic

• Disabled parking is available, please display your sticker
