"Rosnay" is on the south bank of the Belubula River, just downstream from the historic village of Canowindra near Cowra in New South Wales.
Its deep red gravelly clay soils have been transformed by one decade of organic and biodynamic farming by former woolgrowers, Richard and Florence Statham and their sons.
It is now the source of Rosnay organic wines and olives. No artificial fertilisers, pesticides or herbicides have been applied to the vines and trees since planting in 1997, and the soil has been revived through cell grazing, composting, groundcover, and major tree plantings.
