Millbrook Estate is a small family owned hillside vineyard and winery on the southern slopes of Mount View overlooking the Wollombi Valley. It was established in 1996.
The recent development of a licensed distillery has resulted in a number of new products being available at the cellar door. In addition to a full range of red and white table wines there is a new range of products in attractive packaging.
Liqueurs include mulberry, orange, ginger together with lemonella and chilli wine.
The current range of methode champenoise sparkling wines chardonnay and Pinot noir chardonnay, has been on yeast lees for at least six years in the underground sparkling wine cellar and have developed a creamy smooth aged character.
A new tasting room for visitors has been provided so that tastings can be done in a relaxed comfortable environment.
A comfortable self-contained cottage is also available for booking.
