The Tinkler Family has been farming in the foothills of the Pokolbin Mountains for over 50 years. From our sales area, constructed from Australian hardwood, set amongst century old Peppercorn trees, there is a wide range of fresh farm grown produce available throughout the year for your enjoyment.

Varietal selection is used to produce table grapes from Mid – December to early March. We are one of the few establishments providing over thirty different eating table grapes. The season starts with seedless varieties such as “Perlettes” and “Beauty Seedless” in December. “Flame Seedless” start in January, while the traditional harvesting time for our “Black Muscat” is on Australia Day. The season finishes with “Pink Cornichon” and “Italia” in March.

Stonefruit(peaches, nectarines and plums) are available from mid – November to early February. Avocadoes from April, Figs in December, January and February and citrus throughout the year. Supply will vary as all produce is grown on the farm.

Throughout the year aalades, pickles and relishes are made from our farm grown produce. All crops are managed to protect the unique soils and environment found in this isolated area of Pokolbin.
