The Boutique Wine Centre was opened in September 1997 to create a cellar door style showcase for the tasting and sale of some of the leading Hunter Valley boutique wine companies.

The Boutique Wine Centre features the wines of Glenguin Estate and Meerea Park as well as Chateau Pato, Ferraris and Molines et Fils.

Being located in the heart of Pokolbin, Hunter Valley wines are well represented as well as wines from the emerging regions within New South Wales which include Orange and Hilltops
