DenMar estate is a 10.12ha (25 acres) property in Pokolbin in the Hunter Valley. The property is approximately 4.25ha (10.5 acres) of vines, with majestic views of the Brokenback Ranges, distant views to the Barrington Tops and surrounding vineyards.

Energy efficient; all DenMar Estate buildings are built to the latest NSW BASIX Energy Efficiency rating which includes R.2 external wall insulation, 55mm roof sarking and roof insulation to R3.5, solar/electric water heaters, plus all internal walls have sound screen insulation to provide additional privacy for guests.
DenMar Estate also offers quality self-contained accommodation, award winning wines and magnificent views across the vineyard, to the Brokenback Ranges. It is a 25 acre property with 10 acres of premium vines, in the popular Hermitage Road area of Pokolbin.
The Estate comprises two luxurious two-bedroom villas, the villas are brand new and each bedroom has a spacious spa en suite. Furnishings are stylish and modern, with air-conditioned living areas, flat screen digital TV, DVD/CD player, verandah with a gas barbeque and outdoor furniture, and the views to the Brokenback Ranges are spectacular.
