Millbrook Estate was established in 1996 on land first released in 1838 along the convict built Great North Road, in the lower Hunter Valley wine area of New South Wales.
The small boutique winery was built in 1999 from sandstock brick in colonial style architecture. Later on the winery was complimented with a small distillery (pot still & column still) and in 2003 an underground cellar was built to house our sparkling wines (methode champenoise).
Millbrook Estate is part of the "Wollombi Valley Wine Trail" and each year we host "Sculpture in the Vineyards" from October to November.
