Boutique-sized Rubicon Vineyard is located in the Pokolbin region of the Lower Hunter Valley, NSW. Operated by David Lonergan, the vineyard is open by appointment only, and production is too small to allow tastings of the semillon and Hunter red blend. Nevertheless worth a visit for the dedicated wine lover.
