The Cox family established the property, Burrundulla, almost two hundred years ago in Mudgee, New South Wales Central Ranges Explorer Country and since then, the family has had a long and successful primary production history in Mudgee.

'Burrundulla' is a historic pastoral property located within the rich floodplains of Mudgee, and established almost 200 years ago by George Cox, son of Lt. William Cox are still today owned and run by the Cox family.

Visit Burrundulla's beautiful wine tasting room to sample classic, elegant natured wines that reflect the heritage behind the ‘history in a glass' label. Aromatic Semillons full of distinct varietal flavours, a full-bodied chardonnay and a spicy merlot rose all are offered along with earthy reds including merlot, shiraz and flagship cabernet sauvignon.

On weekends, enjoy gourmet foods with complimentary tastings, French wares, picnic baskets and more within the alfresco courtyard surrounded by true pastoral and vineyard vista perfection, and where one can enjoy the historical photographs of the property, and which now feature prominently on the Heritage wine bottle labels.

During September wine celebrations Burrundulla Vineyards promise stunning weekend tasting menus including a Fresh Oyster Bar and Mediterranean Mezze share platters and will showcase at the Cellar door the Art Exhibition ‘Ink and Iron' featuring original contemporary Ink and Charcoal artwork by local Mudgee artist Laura Muir and magical Iron sculptural pieces by Blacksmith Peter Muir.
