The Lindrum Winemaking Team work closely with Jan to ensure fruit is at optimum quality at time of harvest and with Jan to ensure that wines bearing the LINDRUM BRAND are in keeping with the Lindrum winemaking philosophy. 40 Riverina (NSW Big Rivers area) growers supply grapes for the Lindrum label.
The LINDRUM WINEMAKING PHILOSOPHY is 'the creation of magnificent wines, wines of Complexity, Variety, Intensity and Balance. Wines to 'Friedrich's original recipe for Greatness'. Wines that promote this ICON BRAND as one of International Excellence. The utilisation of modern and traditional winemaking techniques produce a variety of wine styles with fruit of exceptional quality from the best winegrowing areas of Australia.
The LINDRUM GROUP of companies were established to bring to the Marketplace a range of quality products, goods and services compatible with the ICON status of the LINDRUM Brand, including Wine from all the Great Wine growing areas of Australia and Gourmet Foods.
Lindrum also offers a range of wines coming from the Langhorne Creek wine region (South Australia's Fleurieu Peninsula).
