Nugan Estate is located in Willbriggie near Griffith in the Riverina wine region of New South Wales. The cellar door is housed at its award winning Michelin restaurant, opposite the family's head quarters in the main street of Griffith.
Nugan Estate is one of Australia's rising stars in premium, estate grown wine. Respected Australian writer, James Halliday, praised Nugan Estate's rise stating “Nugan Estate arrived on the scene like a whirlwind” (2007 James Halliday Australian Wine Companion). Indeed, in 5 years Nugan Estate has collected 21 Trophies, 849 medals and their winemaker, Daren Owers, was the 2004 Wine Society Young Winemaker of the Year (Member Choice).
