Eling Forest Winery and Verwood Estate Vineyard are nestled in Sutton Forest, in the cool climate Southern Highlands wine area of New South Wales.
The first wines were produced at Eling Forest in 1993 and the long cool growing season in the Southern Highlands allows the grapes to grow and develop resulting in wines with a crisp and clear flavour.
Eling Forest currently produce about 30,000 bottles annually and the cellar door operates 5 days per week.
Varieties include:
Whites: Riesling, Semillon, Unwooded Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc
Reds: Rosé, Cabernet Merlot, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Shiraz
Fortified: Cherry Port, Botrytis Semillon

THE ELING FOREST WINERY RESTAURANT
The Eling Forest Restaurant sources most of its produce locally and is constantly updating and revising its menu to suit the season.
The award winning winelist includes wines made on site and those sourced from surrounding wineries, giving you and excellent selection of Southern Highland wines to compliment your meal.
ACCOMODATION
Retreat to the Southern Highlands for the weekend and stay in our heritage listed cottage (Circa 1845) with Queen Bedroom,two single bedrooms and its own living room.
Or you could stay in any of our 6 other rooms starting with the Bridal Suite and Deluxe complete with ensuites, King size beds and views of the lake, gardens and winery.
The B & B accomodation comes with a sitting room heated by a log fireplace, full breakfast served in the restaurant on weekends, a continental breakfast on weekdays and of course tea and coffee making facilities.
