Farago Hill Wines was established by Ricardo Farago and Katrina Hill in Canyonleigh, a Southern Highlands NSW locality that is developing a reputation as a premium cool climate wine-growing region. The vineyard was planted in 2001 with the intention to produce wine equal in quality to that of the best Pinot Gris regions in Europe.
