Since opening Redoak in 2004, siblings David and Janet Hollyoak have created Australia's most awarded brewery. Redoak brews over 30 beer styles without preservatives/additives, and takes pride in showcasing premium boutique beers, teaching the finer qualities of beer appreciation, beer progressions and the meticulous matching of beer and food. They have even created their own range of beer ice creams and sorbets.
It is surprising both locals and visitors with its premium range of boutique beers, modern Australian food and friendly/knowledgeable staff. The heritage building and detailed interior creates a wonderful ambience like no other. Come and enjoy Australia's most awarded name in Australian beer!
