The Harvey Norman Gourmet Institute in association with Gourmet Traveller Magazine offers your chance for exclusive access to Australia's top chefs.
Matt Moran, guest judge of the Master Chef Channel 10's TV series and The Chopping Block on Channel 9, and co-owner of Aria Restaurant at Circular Quay in Sydney, demonstrates one of his signature dishes.
Matt's father farms lamb, so his lamb-focused session will be packed with insider know-how as Matt demonstrates roast lamb rack with lamb pastia, cottage pie and lamb shoulder with beetroot salad.
