Here is an exclusive opportunity to travel to the four corners of the Pinot world from the comfort your dining chair. With your Passport to Pinot you will be jetsetting to Burgundy, New Zealand and the USA, as well as calling on some of Australia's world-famous vineyards. You are invited to take this unique tour, guided by the owners and winemakers; 12 pinot noirs carefully matched to a sumptuous banquet created by Longrain Executive Chef, Martin Boetz, while sharing in the wonderful and personal stories of the making of the wines.
Martin Boetz's menu is a mouthwatering blend of Thai and Chinese influences with dishes that are designed to be shared, skillfully matched to a selection of 12 of finest imported and home grown pinot noirs.
