The word Dru means still point. Dru Yoga is a gentle flowing style with the aim to assist you to find the still point inside. Physically you hold the body gently, with no locked joints and you are inspired to achieve each movement in the gentlest way possible.
Your instructor, Kalikamurti, has been living in Alice Springs since 1993. Yoga is an integral part of her life. Students new to yoga and students from other traditions are welcome to join Kalikamurti in the Red Centre, to enjoy a day of Dru Yoga, a great way to keep the body in tune and regular, fit and supple.
Morning tea and a vegetarian lunch are included in the day's activity.
