Kicking off at 11am, enjoy a concert on the lawn by Sydneys Favourite Bush Band ‘The Inland Navigators' with songs of shearers, farmers, stockmen, convicts and the old Sydney scene, and a mixed bag of Celtic, European and American tunes, The Inland Navigators give a true representation of Australia's musical heritage and will be a great kick start to the myriad of roving entertainment at this quality event.
You could be one of 800 lucky guests who get to soak up the atmosphere this unique experience has to offer. An outdoor table, 300 metres long, runs under a shaded boulevard along one of three of Sirromet's Cool Climate Vineyards on the Granite Belt – Seven Scenes.
You can expect to enjoy a gourmet hamper with a selection of dips and antipasto products with crusty fresh breads, followed by a bbq lunch featuring Black Angus 300g rib fillet steaks, camp oven potatoes and fresh garden salads. There will be a bbq station every 15 metres along the table to ensure beef is ooked to perfection. Dessert will feature a rhubarb and pear crumble.
The lunch will be held from 11.00am to 6pm and is $70 per person, which includes a souvenir wine glass, plus a complimentary glass of Sirromet wine on arrival. There's bus transfers from Stanthorpe to the Seven Scenes vineyard departing at 10.40am and returning at 6.00pm.
At 3.30pm Inland Navigators will perform again and guests will be invited to leave their inhibitions behind and join with them for some bush dancing. The event will finish at 6pm.
