Mondo Organics Cooking School
Mondo Organics (in Brisbane, Queensland) main focus is on health, lifestyle balance, and nutrition. Weekly classes are designed with recipes for quick & easy meals that are suitable for all the family, utilising seasonal produce and natural whole foods.
Our unique classes are suited to the absolute beginner, through to food enthusiasts. These hands-on classes are full of helpful hints and showcase premium Australian food, cheese, and wine producers. Unless specified, each class is designed to cater for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
All classes this season will include complementing wines or alternatively beer or a non-alcoholic beverage, plus in 2007 receive a recipe handout, mondo vouchers, and a mondo certificate of participation.
