Kooringal Oysters is a Rock Oysters Farm in Moreton Bay, Brisbane Area, Queensland. The rock oysters are farmed on the intertidal sandbanks of the Moreton Bay Marine Park - there is as little human contact as possible while the oysters are cultivated. It takes somewhere between 2 and a half to four years for the oyster to mature.
