An influential line-up of leading chefs, iconic winemakers, leading food and wine media, restaurateurs and serious foodies converge on the magical setting of Noosa on Queensland's Sunshine Coast to taste, talk, debate, dine and indulge.
The Festival includes contributors made up of Australia's leading chefs, winemakers, food producers, restaurateurs, restaurant critics and media. In addition to the sensational Great Australian degustations of previous events, this year we are featuring a Great Italian/Australian degustation to flaunt the well loved and established tradition of Italian food in Australia.
