The Skytrans Cairns Taipans have joined forces with the local State League Football team, the Northern Pride in signing new Strength and Conditioning coach, Scott Callaghan.
Callaghan, who is still currently employed with the Northern Pride and has been since 2008, said he was looking forward to the challenge of working with a different brand of athlete.
‘Obviously I am pretty excited about being approached by a National league side to run their Strength and Conditioning program. After the team had so much success last season, it's an honour that I have been handpicked for the position.'
