As a qualified Chef and having worked in 5 star resorts and restaurants in Europe and Australia, Max saw the need in the Cairns market for a quality seafood supplier. Starting with a small range of traditionally smoked product, Pantacchini's has expanded into a facility that provides restaurants, resorts, clubs and hotels with the very best seafood to individual specifications. We also specialise in the supply of top quality items to visiting cruise ships, super yachts and white boats.
