This award winning Baggs of Canungra Bed and Breakfast is nestled in the historic township of Canungra, mid-way between the Gold Coast beaches and Theme Parks and World Heritage rainforest at O'Reilly's. Also handy are boutique wineries, galleries and numerous other attractions. Try tandem hang-gliding or paragliding, hot air ballooning, golf or horse-riding, or just relax at Baggs in the pool or spa, or take advantage of the convenience of in-house Swedish massage. The facilities are superb and the tropical fruit-style continental breakfast is the house specialty. Native birdlife abounds and the gardens here are visited by possums, wallabies and water dragons. You may like to try platypus spotting at nearby Canungra Creek or enjoy the antics of the family of striped Water Dragons at the creek side Lions' Park.
