Cassie's Country Kitchen is owned and operated by Eddie & Anita Neeser from their property in the Mary Valley near Gympie in North burnett, Queensland. Eddie has over 20 years experience in the food industry and places high values on quality control, both in the purchase of raw materials and production. From their newly built state of the art commercial kitchen, increasingly larger volumes of fresh fruit and vegetables continue to be processed in time-honoured manner, producing 17 genuine home made preserves made from traditional recipes.
