Hidden Creek Restaurant (at Hidden Creek Winery) in Ballandean, Granite Belt, Southern Downs, Queensland opened in 1997 and has established a reputation for fresh imaginative food prepared in-house using local ingredients and fresh garden produce. Gourmet Travellers has twice recommended the Hidden Creek Cafe.
The food at the Cellar Door Cafe focuses on Modern Australian Cuisine that complements the fine Hidden Creek wines.
Snacks, light meals, substantial lunches, coffee and cake are served overlooking the picturesque man-made lake.
Lunch is served from 11.30am to 2.30pm with coffee, cheese platters and cake available at all times. Wines are available at Cellar Door Prices by the bottle or glass.
Groups are welcome but reservations are appreciated. The cafe is also available for private functions.
