Topliss Tarts in Kiels Mountain, Sunshine Coast Queensland, was founded in 2004 by Monica Topliss, and her husband Paul. Originally we began to sell our food at the Eumundi Market as a means of providing us with an income, but at the same time allowing us to enjoy quality time with our two children Michael and Emma. However it was not long before more and more of our customers wanted to know what we had that was Gluten Free, and thus we very quickly realised that we needed to provide them with something delicious to eat. As our name indicates, our business started off as a designer gourmet tart company but we soon expanded the range to cover gorgeous savouries, cakes, biscuits & salads. In the space of 2 years we went from selling no gluten free products to now being 95% gluten free. It is our wish that by the end of 2006 we shall be 100% Gluten Free.You will also find them at Eumundi Markets.
