Furnishings of a high standard include CD player and CDs, video, DVD and television. Efficacious, realistic gas fire. Well appointed kitchen, gas stove, microwave, rainwater and coffee percolator. Additional toilet. Comfortable gallery facing north-east for alfresco living, overlooking a sparking lake through magnificent gum trees. The cottage is very private, being in a cul de sac road for total relaxation and supreme comfort.
