The 'Australia' art exhibition by local hills artist Hilary Brookes will be on display in the Rubida Room every weekend from 26 January to 18 March 2012 between 12pm and 4pm.
Local artist Hilary Brookes lived in the hills as a teenager and returned with her family to live at Norton Summit five years ago. Hilary's art has blossomed since moving to the picturesque Adelaide Hills. Finding inspiration in her natural surroundings and the native fauna which abounds in the area, Hilary has developed and focused her talent in bringing to life some of the lesser known native locals. Through this impressive body of work, Hilary engages the viewer with the beauty and character of her subject.
