The Rock and Roll Rendezvous is now one of the largest Rock and Roll events in Australia with more than 5,000 people and more than 400 pre-1979 vehicles expected. From the candy-coated customs, classic fins and chrome, hot rods and muscle cars, it's a true celebration of the vehicles, music and fashion that inspired generations of youngsters. The result is a day jam packed full of entertainment, fashion, food and motor cars, all hailing back to the Rock and Roll era.
Entertainment continues all day with dance demonstrations and performances by some of the best Rock and Roll bands around. The 2010 event looks set to be one of the best yet with Normie Rowe, Marcie Jones, Getback, The Rockin' Rustlers, Jim Hermel and the Hot Chix and The Cruze Bros all taking to the main stage and turning the clock back with music to get the dance floor jumping!
