Cellar Door Wine Festival- Adelaide makes a triumphant return in 2012. Following on from the hugely successful launch event, Cellar Door Wine Festival- Adelaide is back to showcase the best wine, food and regional tourism experiences SA has to offer- all under one roof in the heart of the city at the Adelaide Convention Centre.
Featuring over 150 of SA’s favourite wineries-including some great newcomers from various wine regions across the state, get in first to sample the newest and hottest varietals to hit the market! Visit the ever popular ‘Varietal View’ feature area to sample wines based on variety and learn about their unique qualities by our trained wine educators.
Featuring a collection of the yummiest food producers sampling their wares, visitors to the Festival will be able to indulge at the Regional Farmers Market which includes a range specialty BBQ items, regional platters and fresh salads. Why not grab a coffee and a sweet treat at the Bracegirdle’s Cafest deciding which region to explore next.
Take part in one of the many Master Classes on offer, whether you’re a wine pro or just enjoy a good drop, there’s one to suit every taste and level. Why not learn the secrets to wine & cheese pairing or be taken on a whirlwind ride through SA’s wine regions, sampling the hero wines by SA’s top wine makers. Tickets to these exclusive Master Classes are limited, so make sure you get in early to secure your seat.
Be treated to the best wine and food the state has to offer, including unlimited tastings and top up your cellar with some great Festival bargains! Live entertainment throughout the Festival will ensure you are immersed in the atmosphere, why not bring the whole family- the kids will love the Kidz Zone which features face painting and colouring in competition.
