Australian Walking Tours provides unique and authentic Australian walking holidays amongst spectacular national landscapes.
Australian Walking Tours has designed the Fabulous Flinders Walk, a six-day, fully-guided experience that takes 10 guests into some of the oldest landscapes on the planet.
Highlights include traversing Wilpena Pound and ascending St Mary Peak; a geological ‘time-trip' through Brachina Gorge, a cradle of earth's earliest life-forms; traversing Wilkawillina Gorge, a remote rugged yellow footed rock wallaby habitat in the Bunker Range; and the soothing oasis of Blinman Pools.
Each day's walk has been planned to ensure walkers enjoy popular scenic highlights as well as some real outback space and solace, treading where only a few have been before. When the evening begins to fill with stars, walkers relax in four-star accommodation.
