Coffin Bay Oysters in the Eyre Peninsula of South Australia was established by Chris and Linda Hank in the 1990s, based on sucessful trials in the late 1960s and 70s. They produce a range of fresh Pacific oysters ranging in size from 'clubs' through 'plates' to large, which are sold around Australia and internationally.
Their main oyster beds are located a short distance from Coffin Bay, at Kellidie Bay and Longnose Point. There is a foreshore walking trail from Coffin Bay with views over the oyster beds.
