The Steam Exchange Brewery, located in the centre of the historic Goolwa Wharf Precinct, revives the grand tradition of brewing fine ales as part of the Fleurieu Peninsula's regional cuisine.
The Steam Exchange brews a range of distinctive beers, amongst the few to reach the consumer after being sterile filtered, rather than pasteurised. This preservative-free approach maintains the crisp and bold flavours within the beer. A variety of beers are produced, consisting of four permanent beers and a range of seasonally available beers, which may be purchased directly from the brewery or a few selected outlets throughout South Australia.
The brewery is open for tasting and sales Wednesday to Sunday, from 10am to 5pm.
