Drive down an avenue of red and white roses guarding the rows of vines to discover the Whistler Wines cellar door cottage nestling among Australian gums.
Whistler Wines was founded to produce premium wines from grapes grown only at Heysen Estate in the heart of the famous Barossa Valley. In keeping with our contemporary approach to viticulture and wine styles, yet retaining the tradition of our Barossa heritage, the cellar door tasting area takes the shape of an old German style cottage built of modern materials.
The vineyard is sited on land originally settled by German immigrants during the 1840s, and is surrounded by other significant vineyards producing some of Australia's best wines.
Local produce also available for sale at the cellar door.
