Green hills vineyard is nestled in the picturesque foothills of Willunga with distance view of the sea.
Zimmermann's Shiraz is handpicked, open fermented, basket presses and matured for 18 months in French oak barrels. After tasting stay a while and walk up the hill around the vineyard, rest under 200 year old gum trees and enjoy the view over the Willunga Plains.
