The Angove family company, Angove's Pty. Ltd., is one of Australia's largest privately owned wine companies and stands as one of the few with strong interests in distilling as well as grape growing and winemaking.Located in the Riverland area of the Lower Murray region in South Australia.
Today the Angove's vineyards contain 19 grape varieties – Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Colombard, Malbec, Merlot, Palomino, Petit Verdot, Pinot Noir, Red Grenache, Riesling, Ruby Cabernet, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Shiraz, Sylvaner, Traminer and White Grenache.
Angove's operates two cellar door outlets. Located at the winery at Renmark, and at the original cellars at Tea Tree Gully, both provide local and international guests with the opportunity to purchase Angove's wines and brandies for local consumption. Renmark Cellar door is open 9 - 5 Monday - Saturday, and 10 - 4 Sunday. Tea Tree Gully Cellar door is open 9 - 5 Monday - Friday.
