Blackets produces some of Australia's finest cool climate premium wines, sourcing fruit from Paul and Christine Blacket's iconic Lenswood vineyard situated high in the Adelaide Hills.
The vineyard is famous for the quality of its pinot noir, chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, semillon and gewürztraminer.
The Blackets' philosophy revolves around the pursuit of excellence in the production of outstanding wines — hand-pruned, hand-picked, with cropping kept deliberately low to maximise ripeness and flavour.
All the wines are Stelvin capped to preserve freshness and eliminate the risk of cork taint.
