Established in 1998, Casa Freschi is a small, quality focused vigneron who own and operate two vineyards - a mature 4.5 ha red vineyard in Langhorne Creek and a more recently established 3.2 ha white vineyard in the central Adelaide Hills of South Australia, in Summertown, in the Piccadilly Valley.
Their aim is to consistently produce a collection of Australia's finest single vineyard wines. All wines are grown, made, bottled and matured in-house. Their philosophy is to grow, in harmony with nature, the highest quality and most interesting wines possible from each vineyard, whilst expressing each in their purest form.
