Padthaway Estate is an 110 acre property incorporating vineyards, winery and homestead. It is situated in the Padthaway Wine Region in the Limestone Coast of Australia.
The Padthaway Estate winery combines the grace of a classic Australian woolshed with a simple functional winery, capable of processing high quality fruit into fine wine. French coopered barriques are used exclusively using both new and older oak. Attention to detail from the vineyard to the bottle is the fundamental principle of our winemaking.
Ulrich Grey-Smith is the winemaker at Padthaway Estate. Ulrich graduated from Roseworthy in 1991 and has had extensive experience around the world before coming to Padthaway Estate.
