Torzi Matthews, is a South Australian food and winemaking partnership, between Domenic Torzi and Tracy Matthew. Located in Angaston, Torzi Matthes is full of passion and the firm conviction of appreciating the value of heritage tradition in the crafting of their wines and extra virgin olive oils.
Their Eden Valley Riesling employs their European non-interventional methods with hand picked, whole bunch press free run juice fermented naturally by the indigenous yeasts from the vineyard.
