Coffin Bay is a tiny village located 45 km west of Port Lincoln on the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia. Famous for its oysters, beaches, national parks, scenery, diving and watersports, the population swells dramatically during the holiday seasons.

Its name belies its beauty. Coffin Bay was named by the explorer and navigator Matthew Flinders after his friend Sir Isaac Coffin.
